PACE operates at the crossroads of Platform, Finance, and Employee Experience. Our work touches every Spotify employee, and we collaborate closely with Engineering, Finance, HR, Legal, Sales, Marketing, and other teams to create a seamless, scalable procurement environment.
What You’ll Do
• Manage the full set of products and processes within Spotify’s Procurement ecosystem, including Source-to-Pay, Buyer’s Desk, and Spend Analytics
• Establish and lead the long-term product vision, strategy, and success metrics for Procurement
• Guide and support multiple product teams, balancing innovation, reliability, and ongoing improvement
• Work closely with Finance, Platform, and Engineering to design, develop, and enhance procurement capabilities
• Set OKRs, monitor progress, and communicate results across procurement product areas
• Navigate complexity and ambiguity while aligning stakeholders on priorities and goals
• Serve as both a people leader and hands-on product leader, stepping in as needed to drive progress
Who You Are
• You have 10+ years of product management experience, including leadership across multiple teams
• You have experience in procurement or procurement-related fields
• You’ve shaped and executed product strategy at scale, influencing results beyond a single team
• You are an empathetic leader with strong relationship-building abilities
• You communicate clearly and effectively, adapting your message to different audiences
• You are comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy bringing clarity to complex challenges
• You influence decisions at all organizational levels through data, storytelling, and collaboration
• You set high standards for yourself and others and are willing to get hands-on when needed
• You bring resilience, determination, and strong ownership to your work
Where You’ll Be
• This role is based in London or Stockholm
• You can work where you’re most effective, following Spotify’s remote-friendly approach that supports collaboration across teams
