• Work with Engineering and Operations to procure software tools, development platforms, and technical solutions, including managing licensing agreements and renewals.
• Research, evaluate, and maintain relationships with global suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, reliable service, and timely fulfillment.
• Monitor equipment and supply levels to support onboarding, deployments, and replacements while reducing delays.
• Track requisitions and orders, and provide updates and reporting to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to streamline procurement through standardization, automation, and new technologies.
• Analyze purchasing data and vendor performance to support cost savings and efficiency.
• Act as the escalation point for procurement challenges and ensure timely resolution.
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or procurement operations, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.

• Understanding of vendor management and SLAs.
• Experience procuring technology equipment or software licensing is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Interest in using technology, automation, or data insights to improve processes.
