Our Health Habits team is on a mission to shift healthcare away from sick care and towards prevention by predicting what actions will have the most impact on a member’s health and empower members to achieve goals around these actions. This is a difficult task, but we are confident we can achieve our mission and enable Babylon’s 10+ million members to have more healthy days at home.

We strive to be THE partner in our members’ health and where they go regularly to gain insights on their health, know what they need to do to best improve or maintain their health, and be empowered to achieve their health goals. Leveraging our best-in-class AI, integrated data platform, experience platform, and partnerships, we are creating a truly personalized healthcare experience that can scale across the globe.

You will be leading the team responsible for giving members the tools, opportunity and motivation needed to achieve their health goals. You will also be responsible for the Health Habits product area, mentoring 1-2 product managers and ensuring that all pieces of our Health Loop are working together to provide more value than the sum of their parts.
