The Role

We’re looking for a results-driven Principal GTM Systems Manager to join Outreach’s Revenue Operations organization. This strategic, hands-on individual contributor role sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, Order Management, Enablement, and Business Systems. You’ll turn GTM strategy into scalable processes and well-orchestrated systems.

The Principal GTM Systems Manager role is highly practical and responsible for the day-to-day reliability, optimization, and scalability of the revenue technology stack. The goal is to ensure Sales and Customer Success run smoothly, enabling efficient revenue execution, accurate reporting, and strong seller productivity.

You will also lead the delivery of new projects identified as key Revenue Operations priorities—such as implementing a new quoting system and building and improving data flows and signals that support AI-driven GTM programs.

This role requires the ability to architect and orchestrate systems, data flows, automation, and continuous improvements across the GTM tech stack. In close partnership with Enablement, you’ll help ensure enablement tools and workflows reinforce the intended sales motions and are managed for adoption, quality, and scale.

Location: Remote within the US is available, or you can work in a hybrid setup from one of our offices (Seattle, Atlanta).

Your Daily Adventures Will Include:

  • Own the administration, configuration, and health of core revenue systems (e.g., CRM, sales engagement, CPQ, and data tools).
  • Convert revenue process requirements into system workflows, automation, and integrations.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to support go-to-market initiatives and system changes.
  • Ensure data quality, system governance, access controls, and alignment with RevOps standards.
  • Manage system incidents, releases, testing, and change management.
  • Support reporting, dashboards, and operational insights by maintaining system accuracy and consistency.
  • Assess and implement new tools to improve revenue efficiency and support scale.
  • Support budgeting and renewal tracking.
  • Implement a new quoting system, including requirements gathering, process design and optimization with cross-functional teams, system implementation and support, rollout and enablement assistance, and adoption monitoring.
  • Serve as a primary interface between the business and the Business Systems teams, ensuring requirements, priorities, and field context are clearly understood.
  • Lead the design and orchestration of systems, data flows, and signals that power AI-driven sales plays, automation, and insights.
Our Vision of You:

  • 8–10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Business Systems within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong experience owning business processes and requirements across Quote-to-Cash and CPQ initiatives; migration experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, and Order Management.
  • Deep Salesforce experience; CPQ experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience designing or supporting GTM system orchestration and AI-enabled sales plays, automation, and insights.
  • Hands-on experience administering enablement systems and partnering with Enablement teams on governance and adoption.
  • Required experience with Salesforce, CPQ, or RCA; preferred experience with Enablement, LMS (learning management system), and contract management systems.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a bias toward clarity and execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
$115,000 – $165,000 a year
The annual base salary range for this role is $115,000–$165,000 USD. You may also be eligible for incentive compensation, bonuses, restricted stock units, and benefits. Final compensation depends on factors such as skills, qualifications, location, and experience. Offers are determined through a holistic evaluation and may vary within the stated range. Your recruiter will share more specific details based on your location and role during the hiring process.
