In order to support our US sales and marketing team we are looking for an experienced PreSales System Engineer who can consult and support prospects, customers and partners in all technical questions around our software PRTG Network Monitor, in North America.

Your responsibilities are:

• Develop technical solutions with and for customers and prospects

• Being the technical contact person to provide answers to customer and partner inquiries concerning our software PRTG and provide consultation to prospects

• Customer facing demonstration of PRTG – on site and remote

• Presentation of PRTG at tradeshows, conferences and user groups

• Conduct online webinars

• Support the marketing and sales team as technical expert

• Train Paessler’s partner on site and remote

The job of a PRTG PreSales System Engineer is versatile as our software is able to interact with all network scenarios that one can think of (from LANs to WANs, from small to midsize businesses, from Linux to Windows servers).
