We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Events & Communications Specialist to join our Internal Communications & Employee Engagement team in Prague. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of organizing key internal events and initiatives that bring our people together, nurture our culture, and enhance the employee experience.
From company-wide celebrations to meaningful wellness initiatives, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating memorable moments for Ataccamers. You’ll also closely collaborate on internal communications, employer branding, and culture campaigns that keep our global team connected and inspired.
Your Challenge
- Plan, organize, and execute internal events including our annual company kick-off, holiday parties, wellbeing activities, summer gatherings, management offsites, and more
- Own swag creation and distribution—from ideation to delivery—ensuring it aligns with our brand and makes employees feel appreciated
- Support the Internal Communications & Events team and work closely on a variety of projects, including internal campaigns, employee comms, and global culture initiatives
- Act as a culture champion, working cross-functionally to support initiatives that reinforce Ataccama’s values and foster a sense of belonging
- Manage event budgets effectively, ensuring high-quality execution while keeping costs in check
- Collaborate with a wide range of internal stakeholders, from leadership to People & Culture to regional teams
Is This You?
- Fluency in Czech and English—spoken and written—is essential.
- Proven experience in event planning and internal communications. Additional experience in employer branding is a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills—you’re confident, collaborative, and proactive.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a sharp eye for detail and deadlines.
- Solid communication skills—you know how to engage, inform, and inspire through both words and visuals.
- Experience working with budgets, vendors, and logistics.
- A creative mindset and enthusiasm for building company culture and community.
