Job requirements
- Key Responsibilities
- Build and publish interactive Power BI dashboards with advanced DAX, drill‑downs, bookmarks, and optimized visuals.
- Integrate and model data from SQL Server, Snowflake, SAP (optional), and other enterprise systems using Microsoft Fabric.
- Develop and maintain Fabric data pipelines for seamless, real-time reporting.
- Optimize queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes for high-performance analytics.
- Implement Row-Level and Object-Level Security to ensure secure data access.
- Lead and mentor a team of BI developers; collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Required Skills
- Expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and dashboard storytelling.
- Strong SQL skills including complex queries and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, lakehouse architecture, and pipelines.
- (Optional) Experience in SSIS/SSAS or SAP data integrations.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as PL‑300 or DP‑203.
- Experience with data governance, observability, or migration projects (e.g., Synapse → Fabric).
- Knowledge of Python/R for advanced analytics (optional).
