PBI Developer / Lead

**Primary Skills:** Power BI (PBI), SQL, DAX, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, SAP

**Specialization:** Power BI Architecture (BI Architect)

**Job Requirements:**
– Build and publish interactive Power BI dashboards using advanced DAX, drill-downs, bookmarks, and optimized visuals.
– Integrate and model data from SQL Server, Snowflake, and (optionally) SAP, along with other enterprise systems using Microsoft Fabric.
– Develop and maintain Fabric data pipelines to enable smooth, real-time reporting.
– Optimize queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes for high-performance analytics.
– Implement Row-Level and Object-Level Security to ensure secure data access.
– Lead and mentor a team of BI developers, partnering with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.

**Required Skills:**
– Expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and dashboard storytelling.
– Strong SQL skills, including complex queries and performance tuning.
– Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, lakehouse architecture, and pipelines.
– (Optional) Experience with SSIS/SSAS or SAP data integrations.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
– Certifications such as PL-300 or DP-203.
– Experience in data governance, observability, or migration projects (e.g., Synapse → Fabric).
– Knowledge of Python/R for advanced analytics (optional).
