Responsibilities:

Assist COO, serving as a trusted advisor and leading PMO, to coordinate cross-functional teams with structured thinking, problem identification & solving, initiatives design and action implementation;
Serve as liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, and CEO, regarding company strategy, culture, employee well-being, business development and planning;
Perform in-depth analysis and drive stakeholder reporting, including content development & consolidation, narrative, data crunching and presentation preparation, to facilitate business decision making, strategic planning, leadership meetings and broader communications;
Closely monitor blockchain/ crypto/ fintech industry trends, portfolio company performance and ecosystem dynamics with regular updates to COO & operations team, supported with deep insights & implications;
Independently steer various projects & company priorities and build consensus with senior leadership across the organization;
Manage any other ad-hoc tasks/projects where necessary;

Requirements:

High integrity, proactive and self-motivated;
Passionate about blockchain/cryptocurrencies and desire to leverage capital and technology to change the world;
3-5 years of past relevant work experience in fintech/ blockchain companies, professional service firms or other PMO related roles, with solid experience in managing complex business priorities and projects;
Solid written, analytical and presentation skills;
Work well as a team player;
Detail-oriented, well-organized, able to work under pressure and deliver on time;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Preferably located in UTC+8 or other APAC timezones
