As we continue advancing Caseware Cloud, we are developing a reusable, enterprise‑grade agentic AI platform that allows product teams to deliver AI-powered features safely, consistently, and efficiently across our ecosystem.

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to join our AI Platform team. You will take full ownership of platform feature initiatives, contribute to architectural and design decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable AI platform capabilities. This position is ideal for a senior engineer who values ownership, technical leadership, and building systems that empower others.

You will work closely with Staff Engineers, Engineering Managers, Product, QA, Security, and Data teams to ensure the platform evolves in a secure, observable, and durable way.

What you will do:
• Lead platform feature and component development throughout the full software lifecycle
• Build and enhance features such as agent execution workflows, RAG pipelines, grounding connectors, and orchestration patterns
• Drive architectural and design discussions with Staff Engineers and peers
• Partner with QA, SMEs, and Product to deliver reliable, observable, high‑quality platform capabilities
• Evaluate and apply emerging AI and cloud technologies to improve the platform
• Follow and refine standards for security, performance, maintainability, and cost efficiency
• Strengthen operational excellence through root cause analysis and system improvements
• Collaborate with DevOps, DevSuccess, and Security on CI/CD, deployment, and production safeguards
• Mentor junior engineers through reviews, pairing, and collaboration
• Participate in production support rotations, including incident response and preventative work

What you bring:
• 5–7+ years of professional software engineering experience with production systems
• 1–3 years working with LLM-driven systems (RAG, agents, AI-enabled services) in production or near production
• Experience designing and running AWS cloud-native systems with attention to scalability, security, reliability, and cost
• Strong fundamentals in clean coding, testing, and system design
• Experience supporting shared services or platforms with multiple internal users
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent English communication abilities

Nice to have:
• Experience with regulated or compliance-focused environments
• Familiarity with accounting, auditing, or financial processes
• Exposure to AI evaluation, observability, or safety
