We are looking for a Planning and Sales Finance Analyst, to join our amazing global finance team to assist in preparation and analysis of the sales finance performance of the global organization. This would be an excellent opportunity to grow your career and expand your knowledge in dealing with a multicultural environment and complex challenges.

What you’ll be doing?

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and strategic plans.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools to track performance against targets.
• Analysis of monthly sales vs forecasted sales including detailed variance review.
• Organizes sales forecast templates and data in a clear and intuitive manner.
• Prepare required schedules for internal and external clients.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting systems.
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial and sales processes.
• Develop tools and templates to improve efficiency and accuracy of financial analysis.
• Collaborate on system implementations or upgrades affecting finance and sales functions.
• Perform other job-related functions as assigned.

What would qualify you?

• University degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance.
• Advanced written and speaking English.
• 2+ years of work experience in Accounting, Planning, or any other finance division.
• Excel knowledge of sales finance and planning.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Strong internal customer focus.
• Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to work across diverse teams of people.
