• Explorer (Level 1) — Uses AI daily to improve personal productivity

Every hire must demonstrate at least Level 1. The expected level will depend on the seniority of the role.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide 1-to-1 member support through message-based chat and phone/video calls;
• Use our digital approach for surgical prehabilitation and for managing patients with musculoskeletal disorders;
• Help clinically validate new therapeutic programs and products by supporting data collection and testing.

What You Need To Have

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy;
• At least 3 years of clinical experience treating musculoskeletal disorders;
• A commitment to personalised care that considers the whole person and views health as more than the absence of disease;
• Strong interpersonal skills that translate in a digital care setting, enabling meaningful member engagement;
• The ability to balance clinical responsibilities with member empowerment, behavioral change, and motivational support;
• A strong work ethic and the ability to handle the pace of a fast-moving environment;
• A serious commitment to data security and privacy.

A plus if you have experience in:

• Completing additional formal pelvic health education (e.g., level 1 pelvic coursework or equivalent);
• Providing behavioral support.

These compensation ranges are only the starting point. Once someone joins and proves they’re exceptional, we adjust quickly to ensure compensation reflects their impact.

Job titles may cover multiple career levels. Actual pay depends on skills, qualifications, experience, location, market demand, and other factors. The compensation information in this posting reflects base salary plus any potential variable components, bonuses, or sales incentives, and the estimated value of private-company stock options if applicable. Compensation ranges may change, future stock option value is not guaranteed, and compensation may be adjusted in the future.
