The candidate should have extensive experience in utilizing PHP, MySQL, JavaScript and AJAX to create rich, high-performance web applications. You’ll be extending application functionality to our beautifully designed UI’s in conjunction with our current front end Dev team. Need to have expert knowledge in relational database design and implementation (MySQL) as well as MVC frameworks (Laravel) and Ecomm Platforms (Magento) preferred.

Experience required: • 3+ yrs experience using PHP (Familiarity of PHP 5.3. X features , 5.4.x features are a plus) • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX and JSON. • Experience working with a LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) • Linux Command line Administration Experience • MySQL database expertise, database design skills, complex SQL query, views and store procedure experience • Experience working with MVC framework (Zend, Symphony, Laravel)Strong hands-on experience with Magento • Understanding and experience of applying OO concepts and Design Patterns • Experience with REST and SOAP API concepts • Experience working in a collaborative team environment using tools like issue trackers (active collab) and version control software (Git)
