Your responsibilities
• Clinical leadership: Deliver high‑quality pharmaceutical care with a strong emphasis on accuracy and patient safety in a high‑volume mail‑order setting.
• Technical integration: Use our digital tools (Kroll Paperless, G Suite, Slack, our in‑house app, Shopify, UberDirect, PrescribeIT, and more) to ensure smooth order processing.
• Workflow optimization: Work with PACMED strip‑pack machines for compliance patients and coordinate autonomous workflows with mobile medical services.
• Special projects: Contribute to B2B integrations and improvement initiatives that keep us at the forefront of the industry.
• Excellent communication: Interact with patients and partners with empathy and efficiency, helping set a new standard for digital care.

What you bring
• Qualifications: OCP license or eligibility for licensure in good standing.
• Technical skill: You don’t just use Kroll — you master it. Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and Shopify is an asset.
• Technological curiosity: You’re comfortable with digital platforms like GoToConnect and UberDirect.
• Speed: You excel in high‑volume environments where efficiency is critical.
