We operate in 70+ countries and spend $200-300k/month on paid media across multiple brands.
We’re bringing this expertise in-house, and need a sharp and dedicated performance marketer to lead it.
What you’ll do
- Manage and scale large ad budgets across Meta and Google
Design and optimize full-funnel strategies to hit ROAS and CPA goals
Run creative and audience tests at scale
Own tracking, analytics, and reporting
Collaborate with internal creative and leadership teams
You Bring
Proven record managing $200K+ monthly spend
Expert in Meta / Google Ads Managers
Strong data mindset: pixels, UTMs, attribution, dashboards
Self-sufficient, detail-driven, fluent in English
Prior e-learning, DTC, or subscription experience is a plus
