Growth Team
As a Performance Marketing Manager on the Growth Team, you will help answer the question: How can we dramatically increase the number of people who buy and sell on Creative Market?
Responsibilities
• Own all paid marketing channels from end-to-end (SEO, PPC, Retargeting, Display, Native, Paid Sponsorships, etc.). •Build out and launch campaigns. •Track, Analyze and Optimize bids and creative for performance. •Constant experimentation and testing of new ideas. •Create reports to share with broader team. •Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns. •Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs and reconcile discrepancies. •Optimize copy and landing pages for conversion rate and search marketing. •Perform ongoing keyword discovery, campaign expansion and optimization. •Experiment on different ad platforms and networks to see if a channel can be scaled profitably.
About You
•You’re analytical, strategic, proactive, conversion-focused and a natural hustler. •1+ year of heavy SEM account management (ideally managing $50K+ monthly budgets) •Superior Excel skills. •Passion for growth and company success. •Superb written and verbal communication. •Intrinsically motivated, a self-starter. •Experience with bid management. •Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition. •In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, SQL queries) •Experience with bid management tools •Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments •Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints •Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM •Great references.
