ABOUT THIS JOB
The People Operations Lead is an integral part of the People Team. The People Operations Lead will primarily support the Americas region and lead a team that is responsible for data management, audit and troubleshooting all entries and updates to our employee system of records. The role will partner with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and key HR drivers behind those objectives to create and implement effective and balanced solutions.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage, train, and make hiring recommendations for new members of the People Operations team
Coordinating workload and assignments, auditing the processes, identifying and correcting errors, providing assistance in problem solving
Be comfortable being a hands-on leader owning some administrative tasks
Proactively analyze data with an eye for what drives business performance, investigating and communicating areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity.
Own elements of future M&A due diligence tasks
Working with key collaborators and groups such as payroll and IT to resolve issues, identify solutions to problems and implement those solutions.
Implement various HR systems/platforms as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
5-7 years of experience working in Human Resources
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and adept at managing competing priorities
Project management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment; and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are met
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrates high degree of integrity and maintains confidentiality
