People & Culture Business Partner

We are looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to join our growing People & Culture team and play a key role in shaping an engaging, high-performing workplace. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, partnering closely with departments to drive people strategies that support business goals while enhancing employee experience, development, and engagement.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive P&C professional who enjoys working strategically and hands-on in a dynamic and evolving environment.
- Build strong partnerships with Department Heads and Team Leaders to align people initiatives with business priorities
- Advise leaders on talent development, engagement, retention, and team effectiveness
- Support succession planning, workforce planning, and leadership capability development
- Provide day-to-day guidance and coaching to leaders on people management topics including performance, feedback, and team development
- Ensure leaders are supported in navigating employment legislation and internal policies
- Serve as a trusted contact for employees and leaders on people-related matters
- Support employee relations processes including performance management, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Foster a culture of openness, wellbeing, and collaboration
- Work closely with People & Culture teams to implement initiatives and projects across departments
- Contribute to building a purpose-driven, inclusive, and engaged culture across the organisation
- BA or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any other relevant degree
- 5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or similar strategic HR role
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment legislation, and employee relations
- Proven ability to translate business needs into effective people strategies
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and advise at all levels
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret people data and insights
- High emotional intelligence, integrity, and discretion
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
