Insomnia Cookies plans to open a new Manhattan location later this year and is now hiring Cookie Crew members for the upcoming Penn Station shop (Suite C108).

As part of the Cookie Crew, you’ll become a true “Insomniac.” You’ll greet customers at the counter with a friendly attitude and get hands‑on experience baking our warm, fresh cookies.

Main Cookie Crew responsibilities:
• Greet customers promptly and assist with orders
• Help customers navigate the menu and ensure order accuracy
• Provide friendly, professional service in person and over the phone
• Bake cookies to perfection and serve ice cream
• Prepare and dispatch delivery orders quickly and accurately
• Handle cash and process payments correctly
• Keep the store clean, sanitized, and well maintained

Preferred skills and experience:
• Customer service experience (preferred)
• Friendly, genuine, and outgoing personality
• Self‑motivated and proactive
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• At least 18 years old
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Pay range: $15.50–$16.50 per hour
