Insomnia Cookies is excited to open a new store in Manhattan later this year, and we’re currently hiring for our upcoming Penn Station location in Suite C108.

As a member of the Cookie Crew, you’ll be the ultimate Insomniac. You’ll greet customers with a smile as they walk in and have the chance to bake our delicious warm cookies fresh from the oven.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A COOKIE CREW MEMBER:
• Quickly greet customers and take their orders
• Help customers understand the menu and ensure order accuracy
• Provide friendly service both in person and over the phone
• Bake cookies to perfection and serve ice cream
• Prepare and send out delivery orders promptly and correctly
• Handle payments and operate the register accurately
• Keep the store clean, sanitized, and well maintained

DESIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
• Customer service experience (preferred)
• Warm, genuine, and outgoing personality
• Motivation and high energy
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Pay range: $15.50 to $16.50 per hour
