Insomnia Cookies is excited to open a new location in Manhattan later this year and is currently interviewing candidates for the Cookie Crew at our upcoming Penn Station store in Suite C108.

As a member of the Cookie Crew, you’ll be a true Insomniac. You’ll warmly welcome customers as they enter the shop and also have the chance to bake our amazing fresh, warm cookies.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A COOKIE CREW MEMBER:
• Greet customers promptly and take their orders
• Help customers navigate the menu and ensure correct orders
• Provide friendly, welcoming service in person and by phone
• Bake cookies to perfection and serve ice cream
• Prepare and send out delivery orders quickly and accurately
• Handle cash and payments properly
• Keep the store clean, sanitized, and well‑maintained

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
• Customer service experience (preferred)
• Friendly, genuine, outgoing personality
• Motivation and drive
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be 18 years or older
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Pay range: 15.50–16.50 USD per hour
