Insomnia Cookies is opening a new store in Manhattan later this year, and we’re currently hiring candidates to join the Cookie Crew at our upcoming Penn Station location, Suite C108.
As a member of the Cookie Crew, you’ll be a true Insomniac. You’ll welcome customers with a smile and have the chance to bake our delicious cookies, always fresh and served warm.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A COOKIE CREW MEMBER:
• Help customers quickly and enter their orders
• Guide customers through the menu and ensure order accuracy
• Provide friendly service in person and over the phone
• Bake cookies to perfection and serve ice cream
• Prepare and package delivery orders efficiently and accurately
• Handle cash and payments properly
• Keep the store clean, sanitized, and well organized
DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
• Customer service experience (a plus)
• Friendly, genuine, and outgoing personality
• Motivation and initiative
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be 18 or older
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
Pay range: $15.50–$16.50 per hour
