Insomnia Cookies will open a new store in Manhattan later this year, and we’re hiring candidates to join our Cookie Crew at the new Penn Station location, store C108.

As a member of the Cookie Crew, you’ll be a true ambassador for the Insomnia Cookies brand. You’ll greet every customer with a smile and have the chance to bake our delicious, warm cookies fresh from the oven.

Key responsibilities of a Cookie Crew member:
• Greet customers promptly and take orders
• Assist customers with the menu and ensure order accuracy
• Provide warm, friendly service in person or over the phone
• Bake cookies and serve ice cream
• Prepare and package delivery orders quickly and accurately
• Process payments and operate the register
• Keep the store clean, sanitized, and well organized

Desired skills and experience:
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Friendly, honest, outgoing personality
• Ability to work independently
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• At least 18 years old
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Pay range: $15.50 to $16.50 per hour
