Insomnia Cookies is opening a new store in Manhattan later this year, and we’re currently hiring and interviewing candidates to join our team at the new Penn Station location, store C108.

As a member of the Cookie Crew, you’ll be a true ambassador for the Insomnia Cookies brand. You’ll greet every customer with a smile and get the chance to bake our warm, delicious cookies yourself.

Key responsibilities of a Cookie Crew member:
• Quickly greeting customers and taking orders
• Helping customers choose items and ensuring order accuracy
• Providing warm, friendly service in person and over the phone
• Baking cookies and serving ice cream
• Preparing and packaging delivery orders accurately and efficiently
• Handling cash and payments properly
• Keeping the store clean, sanitized, and organized

Preferred skills and experience:
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Friendly, honest, and outgoing personality
• Ability to work independently
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Pay range: $15.50 to $16.50 per hour
