Insomnia Cookies is opening a new location in Manhattan later this year, and we’re currently interviewing candidates to join our “Cookie Crew” at our upcoming Penn Station store in suite C108.

As a member of the Cookie Crew, you’ll be a true representative of the Insomnia brand. You’ll greet customers with a smile as they walk in, and you’ll also get the chance to bake our delicious cookies and serve them warm and fresh.

Cookie Crew responsibilities:
• Greeting customers promptly and taking their orders
• Helping customers navigate the menu and ensuring order accuracy
• Providing friendly, exceptional service in person and over the phone
• Baking cookies properly and serving ice cream
• Preparing and packaging delivery orders quickly and accurately
• Handling cash and payments correctly
• Keeping the store clean, sanitized, and well maintained

Required skills and experience:
• Customer service experience (preferred)
• Friendly, honest, outgoing personality
• Strong motivation and initiative
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Pay range: $15.50–$16.50 per hour
