Insomnia Cookies will be opening a new location in Manhattan later this year, and we are currently hiring and interviewing Cookie Crew members for our upcoming Penn Station C108 store.

As part of the Cookie Crew, you’ll serve as a true representative of Insomnia Cookies. You’ll greet every customer with a smile and have the chance to bake our delicious, fresh‑made cookies yourself.

Primary Cookie Crew responsibilities:
• Greet customers promptly and take orders
• Help customers navigate the menu and ensure accurate orders
• Provide warm, friendly service in person and over the phone
• Bake cookies and serve ice cream
• Prepare and package delivery orders quickly and accurately
• Handle cash and payments correctly
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well‑kept store

Preferred skills and experience:
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Friendly, genuine, and outgoing
• Self‑motivated
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• At least 18 years old
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Pay range: $15.50–$16.50 per hour
