**Position Overview:**
This is a variable-time, fully remote role within the US only. Weekly hours will range from 10 to 20 hours per week.

In this role, you will support scalable pelvic care delivery. You will conduct non-clinical onboarding video and audio consultations with new members to collect their information, guide their initial setup, and establish a foundation for long-term improvements in pelvic health. You will compile, process, and review member information with the dedicated Pelvic Health Specialist, and provide a detailed intake summary to that specialist. You will also ensure a smooth handoff so the Pelvic Health Specialist can assign the appropriate program and manage the member’s care over time.

**What you’ll need:**
– Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
– Licensed physical therapist
– At least 3 years of clinical experience, including treatment of musculoskeletal disorders—specifically pelvic health
– Completion of at least one of the following:
– Pelvic Health Physical Therapy 1 (PH1) through APTA
– OR Pelvic Floor Level 1 (PF1) through Herman & Wallace
– OR Pelvic Health I through Evidence in Motion
– Ability to work a flexible schedule between 10 and 20 hours per week, with availability for the following month at least 30 days in advance
