Fostering a sense of belonging goes beyond our products – it’s at the core of every team we build.

As the key partner to the Payroll & Personnel Administration Manager for Europe, you will work across France and six other European countries, overseeing payroll for around 300 employees across multiple Match Group entities (Meetic, Match, Tinder, Hinge, etc.).

Fully integrated into the European HR team, this Paris‑based role requires no travel and allows up to two days of remote work per week.

Role overview:
– Handling a semi‑outsourced payroll process, including gathering, entering, and checking all variable payroll data (all types of leave, overtime, bonuses, on‑call duties, etc.).
– Managing HR administration across Europe and acting as backup for French HR administration.
– Overseeing end‑to‑end administrative processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including personalized one‑on‑one onboarding for new hires.
– Building trust and maintaining regular communication with employees to ensure transparency.

Just like dating, where the connection begins online but becomes real in person, we believe the same applies to building great platforms. That’s why we work together at our office located at 53 rue de Châteaudun, 75009 Paris.

Must‑have:
– At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in French payroll.
– Strong written and spoken English skills.
– High adaptability and strong attention to detail.
– Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage tasks effectively.

Nice‑to‑have:
– Experience with equity plan administration.
– Experience collaborating across teams.
– Knowledge of Workday.
– Familiarity with SOX audit standards.
– Experience managing European or international payroll.

What’s the team like?
– Our HR team consists of 11 people based in Paris.
– Within this team, the Payroll unit includes 2 dedicated specialists.

Interview process:
– A first Zoom conversation of 30–45 minutes with a Talent Acquisition team member.
– A 60‑minute onsite meeting with Sophie (Senior Payroll Officer) and Catherine Guéné (Senior Manager, Payroll & Personnel Administration).
– A 60‑minute onsite or Zoom interview with Mickael Moyen Pedone (Senior Director, People) and Karine Chommeloux (VP People EMEA).
– During your first days, the HR team will ensure you get off to a great start.
