– 3–4 years of progressive experience in an international company with responsibilities across multiple countries; US GAAP experience and a Shared Services Center mindset are preferred
– Fluent English; additional languages are a plus (German, Dutch, Slovenian)
– Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
– Proven team player with excellent work habits, the ability to work independently, and consistent performance with urgency and commitment
– Experience prioritizing work and meeting deadlines
– Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external interactions

What Makes You Stand Out:
– High resilience and an agile approach to problem-solving
– Experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP system
– Experience in a fast-growing, rapidly changing environment
