About the role: We’re looking for a Partner Success Manager who will play a key role in strengthening our partnerships and driving their success. In this role, you’ll focus on increasing partner loyalty and effectiveness by ensuring they get the support and guidance they need to thrive. You’ll dive into the product, understand its processes, and proactively address common challenges, helping partners achieve their goals while contributing to the company’s growth.
In this role, you will
- Build strong, consultative relationships with our partners through regular and open communication
- Provide trainings and presentations on products, new features, and the motivational plan
- Onboard and train new partners to ensure they are set up for success
- Support existing partners with prompt responses, helping them fully utilize platform functionalities and assisting with payment, fines, or legal-related issues
- Coordinate across company teams — finance, legal, support — to address partner needs and help them succeed in business development
- Prepare recommendations to improve project performance based on partner feedback
It’s all about you
- 1+ year of experience in sales, account management, customer success, or a similar role
- Experience managing relationships with various partners and stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- English level Upper-Intermediate or higher
- Experience working with a streaming platform
- Would be a plus
- 1+ years of experience specifically in Account Management
- Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Tableau or Amplitude
