We are looking for a Partner Manager to focus on performance, efficiency, growth, and strategy for our partner network. We’re a remote-first, impactful, and highly collaborative team that cares about ownership and growth.

This role is fully remote in the United States or Canada.

What You’ll Do

Manage and establish deep relationships with auditors & strategic partners
Become an expert on our partners by understanding their workflows, internal processes, and driving continuous improvements to enable them to be successful
Develop and execute joint business roadmap plan with each strategic partner
Grow the partner network by sourcing, vetting, and onboarding new audit firms domestically and internationally
Design and implement scalable and effective processes to onboard, train, communicate, and measure new partners
Be an advocate for our partners by synthesizing audit pain points and sharing product feedback and insights to our engineering, product, and compliance teams
Create, track, and measure KPIS and partner performance

Who We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in partnerships or business development
Successful track record of sourcing, developing, and building partner relationships
Excellent problem solving skills
Self-driven with a sense of urgency and a knack for tackling unexpected problems
Curiosity, resourcefulness, and a desire to grow
Ability to build processes from scratch with an automation mindset
Experience negotiating contracts with external stakeholders
