Aircall is opening a new office in Mexico to support the growth in LATAM. You are the second partner manager in-market for our LATAM expansion. You will report directly to the Director, Channel Partnerships Americas and be responsible for supporting Aircall’s strategic direction for LATAM
Your leadership & knowledge of the market will help drive the go-to-market strategy, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Outbound to ensure smooth execution and sustained growth in the region.
As a Partner Account Manager, you will manage and develop key strategic partnerships with leading integration providers and channel partners to expand Aircall’s market presence and drive revenue growth.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, and hands-on execution. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships with our partners, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful partnership outcomes.
This position is based in Mexico City (Polanco) and hybrid.
Partnership Management: Develop and manage relationships with key strategic partners, including software providers and channel partners (e.g., System Integrators, Solution Partners, Digital Consulting firms).
Business Development: Identify new partnership opportunities and develop strategies to expand Aircall’s market presence in LATAM.
Lead and accelerate sales growth by executing business strategies tailored to these markets.
Provide strategic insights, working closely with the Sales Director, to adapt Aircall’s vision and strategy for the region.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, BDR, Customer Success, Product, and Tech to evaluate and pursue growth opportunities in the market.
Event Participation: Represent Aircall at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership forums to enhance brand visibility and partnership opportunities.
Develop a deep understanding of the LATAM SMB market, the competitive landscape, and key trends in Mexico, Colombia, and Chile to keep Aircall at the forefront of industry developments.
Fluency in Spanish and English is a must

A previous experience in the Hubspot, Salesforce or Zendesk ecosystem will be a plus
