We are committed to supporting your career. Volt is hiring a part‑time Sales Operations Analyst in Atlanta, GA (90% remote). In this role, you will assist with the daily execution of sales policy processes, including MAP (Minimum Advertised Price), by maintaining accurate records, monitoring compliance, and supporting reporting and data visualization. You will work closely with the Sales, Sales Operations, Brand, Legal, Revenue Growth Management, and Market Development & Planning teams to ensure MAP pricing accuracy, policy compliance, and efficient operations. The position requires occasional on‑site presence at the client’s Atlanta office one day per week.
This is a remote, 20‑hour‑per‑week role (Monday through Friday) with flexible scheduling between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. EST.
Key responsibilities include:
• Monitoring compliance by reviewing daily data from internal systems to identify issues needing action, such as shipment holds or removal of unauthorized listings.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams by helping educate internal partners on MAP policies and ensuring alignment with legal and compliance standards.
• Managing inboxes by overseeing three MAP‑related email accounts and responding quickly and accurately to inquiries and enforcement communications.
• Maintaining systems by updating pricing information in compliance software and managing the approved vendor list.
• Supporting reporting and data management through ad‑hoc reporting tasks and handling related data to aid compliance and decision‑making.
No prior MAP experience is required, though general pricing experience is helpful. This is a part‑time W2 contract. Candidates with experience in Sales Operations, Compliance, or reporting/dashboard tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel are preferred.
Pay range: $40–$45 per hour on W2. The final offer will depend on factors such as education, experience, location, responsibilities, and certifications.
