The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical Paralegal to join our Legal Operations & Outsourcing team.

This role focuses on two main areas:
– Reviewing contracts and creating clear, structured summaries and reports
– Supporting contract review and negotiation workflows across matters

You will work closely with attorneys and internal teams to ensure contract-related work is well organized, trackable, and completed efficiently. This is an hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with documents, data, and structured processes in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

What You’ll Do

Contract Analysis & Reporting
– Review contracts and identify key terms, risks, and obligations
– Create clear, structured summaries and reports for internal teams and clients
– Organize and categorize contract data to enable tracking and decision-making
– Ensure consistency and accuracy across high-volume contract workflows

Contract Workflow & Coordination
– Assist with the end-to-end process of contract review and negotiation
