This internship is not about “making slides and disappearing.” As a Marketing Operations Intern, you’ll work closely with the marketing team to support day-to-day execution, build systems, and improve how marketing operates at scale. This is a hands-on role offering real exposure to marketing operations, tools, and processes, along with genuine ownership from day one. If you’re curious, proactive, and enjoy figuring out how things work behind the scenes, you’ll thrive here.
Your impact will include: supporting daily BAU and ad-hoc tasks in HubSpot CRM; assisting with marketing campaigns, launches, and community initiatives; building and maintaining reports and dashboards to track marketing funnel performance; creating and managing operational systems, trackers, and workflows; conducting research, follow-ups, and execution support across initiatives; and turning ideas into action, not just documentation.
What you’ll bring: strong curiosity and a willingness to learn; the ability to take ownership without constant supervision; strong organisation, attention to detail, and comfort with changing priorities; interest in marketing, operations, systems, or startups; and comfort working across both creative and analytical tasks. Nice to have: prior experience with HubSpot or other CRMs; a background in tech or familiarity with SaaS tools; and enjoyment in turning messy processes into clear systems.
