We’re committed to supporting your career. Volt is hiring a part-time Sales Operations Analyst in Atlanta, GA (90% remote). In this role, you’ll help execute daily sales policy processes, including MAP (Minimum Advertised Price), by keeping records up to date, monitoring compliance, and supporting reporting and data visualization. You’ll work closely with the Sales, Sales Operations, Brand, Legal, Revenue Growth Management, and Market Development & Planning teams to ensure MAP pricing accuracy, policy compliance, and smooth operations. The role requires occasional in-person time at the client’s Atlanta office, one day per week.

This is a remote position with a 20-hour-per-week schedule (Monday through Friday) and flexible hours between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. EST.

Key responsibilities include:
• Monitoring compliance by reviewing daily internal-system data to flag and help address issues such as shipment holds or the removal of unauthorized listings.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams by helping internal stakeholders understand MAP policies and ensuring alignment with legal and compliance requirements.
• Managing three MAP-related email inboxes, responding promptly and accurately to inquiries and enforcement communications.
• Maintaining systems by updating pricing details in compliance software and managing the approved vendor list.
• Supporting reporting and data management through ad-hoc reporting tasks and related data handling to support compliance and decision-making.

MAP experience is not required, though general pricing experience is a plus. This is a part-time W2 contract. Candidates with experience in Sales Operations, Compliance, or reporting/dashboard tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel are preferred.

Pay range: $40–$45 per hour on W2. The final offer will depend on factors including education, experience, location, responsibilities, and certifications.
