**Opportunity**
As the Vice President of Operations, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will find ways to optimize our current business operations while staying grounded in market realities and our strategic objectives.
We are building a world-class, scalable, repeatable, and predictable SaaS company. The VP of Operations will ensure the organization has the data, people, systems, integrations, processes, and playbooks needed to continue scaling rapidly into a multi-billion-dollar market cap.
You will drive organizational strategy planning and execute performance improvements across all departments and functions.
You thrive in the pace of a fast-growing company and can define scalable, data-driven processes—going beyond the data to operationally drive results. As our VP of Operations, you will have the opportunity to lead and scale our Revenue Operations and Business Operations teams.
**Responsibilities:**
– Improve business processes by centralizing and maintaining a repository of processes, identifying opportunities for improvement to reduce complexity and enable effective operations.
– Partner with the executive team by working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand problems and develop critical insights.
– Collect, centralize, and analyze data; form and test hypotheses; synthesize findings; deliver strategic insights; develop forward-looking plans; and help translate recommendations into measurable results.
– Lead the business operations team to drive key strategy initiatives from concept through implementation.
– Own critical business systems, all end-user IT functions (laptops, devices, application access), critical company projects, and a set of key business services.
– Refine and organize our portfolio of IT tools, and support the IT team in day-to-day operations while building functional capabilities (e.g., identifying overlap, negotiating pricing, reducing noise).
– Ensure successful execution of high-priority cross-functional initiatives by maintaining alignment, clear ownership, and follow-through.
**Skill Set:**
– Experienced operations leader with experience in SaaS and/or software and technology industries.
– Thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment; strong communication skills; proven ability to drive results through cross-functional collaboration.
– Strong leadership skills, including the ability to explain how you structure teams, hire, and coach for success.
– Enjoys tackling complex problems by developing and implementing data-driven solutions; strong listening skills that help you understand the “why” and get to what matters quickly.
– Strong analytical skills, able to extract insights from unstructured data and turn them into actionable plans—moving beyond recommendations to execution and results.
– Understands the practices, theories, technologies, and policies involved in operations management, business, and finance.
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to think strategically and solve open-ended problems.
– Intellectually curious, eager to learn, and excited to tackle new problems, domains, tools, and techniques.
