Job Responsibilities:
• Recruit, train, and develop a diverse part-time team including Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, and Delivery Drivers
• Lead operations to ensure outstanding food quality, friendly service, and a clean store environment
• Build a culture of excellence focused on quality, customer service, sales performance, and personal growth
• Oversee and audit inventory to maintain proper controls
• Plan and execute fun, local marketing initiatives
• Create and support in-store recognition programs and contests

What We’re Looking For:
• At least 3 years of management or leadership experience in restaurant or retail
• Ability to work 2–3 mid-to-late shifts from Thursday through Sunday
• A compassionate, hands-on leadership style
• A strong sense of hospitality and a commitment to exceptional guest service
• Solid technical skills, including experience with restaurant or retail software, MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams, and hiring through an applicant tracking system
• Experience with commercial convection ovens is a plus
