About the Role
- We’re looking for a sharp, execution-focused Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across the organisation. You’ll work at the intersection of client delivery, internal processes, and product—ensuring we deliver seamlessly while continuously improving how we work.
- This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to leadership and cross-functional teams. Ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves solving problems, and wants to build foundational processes at a scaling startup.
What You’ll Do
- Process Improvement:-
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across workflows; design and implement scalable solutions
- Build and document SOPs for repeatable operational processes
- Drive automation and tooling adoption to reduce manual overhead
- Client Delivery:-
- Own end-to-end delivery coordination for key client engagements
- Ensure timelines, quality, and communication standards are consistently met
- Act as the internal bridge between client-facing teams and delivery
- Cross-functional Coordination:-
- Partner with Engineering and Product to improve operations efficiency
- Translate operational pain points into product/tooling requirements
- Drive accountability across teams for operational commitments
Who You Are
- Graduated from a Tier 1 institution (IIT/IIM/NIT/BITS or equivalent)
- 3-5 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or similar roles at a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Bias for action—you ship, iterate, and improve
- Comfortable working across functions and managing ambiguity
