**Requirements:**

– Strong experience overseeing high-end dining concepts or luxury hospitality operations.
– Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
– Commercial mindset with strong financial understanding, including experience managing budgets and operational performance.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

– Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
