We’re looking for a smart, talented engineer (located anywhere in North America working remotely) to join our development team responsible for building and scaling Workday’s new video cloud service.

It’s an incredible opportunity to work as part of an agile, fully integrated team (product management, development, operations) that is working on solving interesting challenges in scaling public cloud infrastructure, content delivery networks, hybrid cloud systems, video storage, analytics, virtualization, and containerization. Responsibilities:

• Working as a member of a global team managing our 24×7 video cloud service.

• Building tools to automate server provisioning, management and scaling.

• Improving our continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.

• Monitoring performance, tuning and troubleshooting of servers and network issues.

• Supporting our application development teams in architecting, designing and deploying new solutions.

• Partnering with security and infrastructure teams to share tools and expertise.
