## About the Role
Are you a systems-minded person who enjoys the intersection of People Operations and technology? As a Senior HR Coordinator at JumpCloud, you will go beyond traditional administrative duties. You will play a key role in our HR Shared Services model by owning important workstreams and using a modern technology stack to deliver a smooth, scalable employee experience. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t simply follow processes, but actively finds ways to automate, improve, and enhance them.

## In this role, you will:
– Independently manage and own end-to-end execution of employee lifecycle events, including global onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and benefits administration.
– Serve as Tier 2 lead for more complex HR operational questions, ensuring high-quality service delivery across the organization.
– Apply and reinforce company and regional policies to ensure HR initiatives support company strategy at the functional level.
– Maintain data accuracy across key platforms, including ADP (Workforce Now), Deel, Jira, and your HRIS ecosystem.
– Own the digital filing structure, ensuring compliance and easy access for the global HR team.
– Use SRM to manage HR service requests, track workflows, and ensure SLA compliance.
– Find manual inefficiencies in existing HR processes and recommend or implement automated solutions to improve speed and accuracy.
– Use negotiation and influence skills to build alignment with external stakeholders and internal partners.
– Perform periodic HR compliance audits and use deep knowledge of local labor laws to support standardized, legally sound operational processes.
– Use HR dashboards and reports to track trends, verify data integrity, and identify potential risks.
– Apply key HR metrics to propose thoughtful, scalable workflow improvements that directly affect business outcomes.

## You Have:
– 4+ years of experience in HR Operations or Shared Services, preferably in a fast-growing tech company.
– Ability to handle moderately complex tasks with minimal supervision.
– A strong curiosity about how HR processes connect to the broader organization.
– A proven track record of troubleshooting issues and launching small projects to streamline workflows.
– The ability to use discretion, good judgment, and tact when communicating with everyone—from new hires to Senior Management.
– Strong communication skills in both verbal and written formats at all organizational levels, including Senior Management.
– Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion, sound judgment, tact, and diplomacy in all communications (analytical and process-oriented).
– Experience maintaining confidentiality due to exposure to sensitive information and contacts.
– High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs and pivots), Word, PowerPoint, Gsuite, and enthusiasm for learning new HR software.
– Experience with Jira (ticketing/workflows), ADP, and Deel is a plus.
– HRMS experience is a plus, or strong technical ability and willingness to learn multiple systems.
