Responsibilities:
• Reach out to new customers by phone, email, and text to support onboarding and account activation.
• Explain product benefits, including cost-saving features and ways to get the most value.
• Assist with account setup and troubleshoot common issues such as PIN entry and first-time login.
• Offer consultative guidance to help customers understand how the product supports their business needs.
• Track customer progress and send reminders to encourage initial use.
• Work with internal teams to escalate issues and enhance onboarding workflows.
• Maintain a positive, proactive approach in every customer interaction.
Qualifications:
• Experience working directly with customers in account management, customer success, onboarding, or similar roles (Required)
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Spanish (Required)
• Located in LATAM (Required)
• Reliable internet connection and dependable computer equipment (Required)
• Ability to work independently from a quiet home office
• Professional, positive attitude with a customer-focused approach
• Strong problem-solving skills and quick thinking
