We are currently searching for an industrial painter, a highly skilled professional responsible for superior-quality surface preparation, painting, and finishing of residential, commercial, or industrial structures. Experienced in selecting, mixing, and applying paints/coatings, operating spray equipment, performing intricate repairs, and ensuring high-standard, durable finishes while adhering to safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities

  • Surface Preparation: Thoroughly clean, sand, wire brush, and repair walls/surfaces (filling cracks, holes with putty/plaster) to ensure proper adhesion.
  • Application & Coating: Expertly apply paint, stains, varnish, and protective coatings using brushes, rollers, and advanced spray equipment.
  • Color Matching & Mixing: Mix, thin, and match paint colors to meet specific,, custom, or client-defined standards.
  • Protection & Safety: Mask, tape, and cover surfaces (floors, furniture) to prevent damage. Erect scaffolding and ladders while adhering to strict safety protocols.
  • Project Management: Evaluate site conditions, estimate material/labor needs, and ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget.
Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Several years of professional painting experience in construction or industrial settings.
  • Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of various paints, coatings, and application techniques.
  • Equipment Operation: Proficiency with spray guns, high-reach equipment, and scaffolding.
  • Attention to Detail: High precision in finishing, color blending, and surface repair.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and work at heights.
  • Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes hot environment.
$20 – $25 an hour
Bonuses based on performance and profitability.
Schedule: 6:30am to 5pm Monday through Thursday with Fridays off.
