• Oversee editorial video, defining presentation style and partnering with production teams to deliver premium content.
• Use data, insights, and audience behavior to guide decisions and set editorial priorities.
• Identify rising music trends, scenes, and cultural moments so Spotify’s programming remains current, credible, and influential.
• Maintain and refine a strong playlist ecosystem that supports artist development and increases listener engagement.
• Work closely with Artist and Label Partnerships, Marketing, Communications, Product, and other teams to align editorial direction with broader company goals.
• Represent Spotify to artists, partners, media, and industry leaders, advocating for the editorial vision in Northern Europe.
Who You Are

• You have deep understanding of the music cultures and industry landscape in the UK, Ireland, and the Netherlands.
• You bring a strong editorial perspective and can identify emerging talent, trends, and cultural movements with authenticity and nuance.
• You are comfortable using data and audience insights to inform editorial decisions and craft clear narratives.
• You excel at developing talent, motivating teams, and fostering a culture of creativity, inclusion, and ongoing growth.
• You communicate confidently and can collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior partners.
• You are organized, adaptable, and able to navigate shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
