I’m after a node dev for a project which should take about two months. You’ll be helping disadvantaged kids get better services out of the government and social service agencies.

Background:

Berry Street is one of the oldest and largest child and family charities in the state of Victoria, Australia. We are leading the sector on a new way of working, involving API-first, agile development of small interconnected apps.

This project specifically:

There’s a current, well-defined project to manage referrals into a bunch of agencies across the state. Basically a public form: "here’s a client for you", with a bit of email/sms notification workflow around it. There’s a 1.1, built in nodejs, that we’ve been using internally for about 2 years now. It’s solid. We’ve now got funding for 2.0, which will make some changes to the workflow and notification, make it available to other agencies, and smooth over some of 1.1’s rough edges.
