Everbridge, a fast-growing global leader in critical communications and enterprise safety, is seeking an Intelligence Analyst to join its dynamic team in Budapest. This is a remote, home-based role that can be performed from anywhere in Hungary.

Please note that this position is strictly for the night shift, from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. (CET).

As an Intelligence Analyst, you will be an integral part of our International Monitoring Center, which provides vital information to clients worldwide, 24/7. Your main responsibilities will include monitoring and reporting real-time risk events, thoroughly analyzing potential threats and impacts, and delivering accurate, timely updates to clients. You will also contribute to operational support tasks, including direct customer communication and participation in special projects.

What you’ll do:
• Monitor a wide range of open-source, real-time risk events
• Analyze threats and risks and deliver accurate reports to clients
• Make quick decisions regarding risk event reporting
• Follow operational processes and procedures
• Apply strong analytical and research skills
• Exercise sound judgment and discretion in reporting
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and effectively
• Escalate issues when necessary
• Understand the company mission, the impact of your work, and uphold core values

What you’ll bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Strong interest in current events and global affairs
• Excellent analytical, research, and organizational skills
• Schedule flexibility, including nights, some weekends, and holidays
• Ability to manage large volumes of information, prioritize tasks, and stay composed under pressure
• Excellent writing skills and fluency in English
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
• Experience with social media and open-source research
