Everbridge, a rapidly expanding global leader in critical communications and enterprise safety, is looking for an Intelligence Analyst to join its growing team in Budapest. This is a remote, home-based position that can be performed from anywhere within Hungary.

Please note that this role is exclusively for the night shift, running from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. (CET).

As an Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in our International Monitoring Center, which delivers essential information to clients around the world 24/7. Your primary duties will include monitoring and reporting real-time risk events, thoroughly evaluating potential threats and their impacts, and providing clients with accurate, timely updates. You will also support various operational tasks, including direct communication with customers and involvement in special projects.

What you’ll do:
• Monitor a wide range of open-source, real-time risk events
• Assess threats and risks and produce accurate reports for clients
• Make fast decisions related to reporting risk events
• Follow established operational processes and procedures
• Use strong analytical and research abilities
• Exercise solid judgment and discretion in reporting
• Manage customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Escalate issues when necessary
• Understand the company’s mission, the significance of your role, and uphold core values

What you’ll bring:
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
