We are seeking a Network Security Engineer who enjoys automating systems. The kind of people we are looking for want to deep dive into system configuration, networks, and code and look for better ways to monitor, observe and harden our systems as we scale. We have strong feelings on DevOps culture and are continuously trying to improve.

Your primary responsibility will be to tackle the daily needs of our security org. You’ll be part of a small team with a big impact focused on organization and infrastructure security. The right candidate will have the strong network experience and technical aptitude to assist in driving good technology choices through collaboration with an empowered team. Success in this role will be measured by the team’s effective execution of initiatives. Qualifications

5 years of high paced Infosec, Network, DevOps or Dev production experience
Extremely competent with Azure networks, specifically WAF, AFD, NSG, peering and vnets.
Experience with networking related to microservices, containers, and/or distributed systems
Ability to work independently on ambiguous problems and in collaborative environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with JS/Typescript or Golang, APIs. Sockets, Sessions, Security
Experience with Cloudflare
Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, Docker, Helm, Kubernetes)
Experience working in Zero-trust environments
Detailed container or container platform security experience
Azure network Incident Response/Forensics
PCI, GDPR, HIPAA experience
Network Security certifications or courses (OSCP, CCNP SEC, NET+, MS 400+, etc)
