Responsibilities:
• Contributing to business process mapping, including analysis, design, gap assessments, functional design, configuration, system testing, procedures, and documentation
• Evaluating business and technical requirements, performing fit/gap analyses, and offering recommendations
• Creating complete documentation for all engagements: design materials, technical specs, process documents, deployment materials, integration specifications, and reports
• Supporting key decisions, monitoring issues and risks, and developing mitigation strategies
• Leading full‑cycle NetSuite ERP implementations from technical, functional, and organizational change perspectives
• Applying expertise with the NetSuite SRP module
• Guiding clients through organizational changes and process improvements
• Developing specifications and overseeing quality, testing, and delivery processes to ensure smooth transitions and client satisfaction
• Managing project risks, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and mentoring junior consultants
Requirements:
• Experience with NetSuite’s Services Resource Planning module
• Working knowledge of revenue and project accounting standards such as ASC 606 and their impact on NetSuite
• Strong understanding of Milestone Billing
• Strong understanding of Charge‑Based Billing
• Knowledge of time entry connected to project records
• Experience with project‑progress‑based revenue recognition and sales orders associated with projects
• Experience with work breakdown structures (preferred)
• For Canadian applicants, eligibility to travel to the United States for client work
Compensation: $100,000–$150,000 per year
This range is intended for qualified candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area. Applicants outside this area or with different experience levels are encouraged to apply; a recruiter will provide a range aligned with location and qualifications.
